The Nature of Handcrafted Goods

Our products are made from authentic Khadi and handloom fabrics. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

  • Artisanal Irregularities: Subtle variations in weave, texture, and color are not defects but the “thumbprint” of the human hand. These are inherent characteristics of hand-spun and hand-woven textiles.
  • Limited Lots: Our fabrics are produced in small, exclusive batches. We cannot guarantee that a fabric lot will be restocked once sold out.

Payment & Order Acceptance

To maintain our “Limited Lot” production model and support our artisan network, we have a strict payment policy:

  • Prepaid Orders Only: We exclusively process orders that are fully prepaid at the time of checkout.
  • Token Advance: In specific cases (where applicable), an order may be confirmed via a non-refundable token advance payment.
  • No Cash on Delivery (COD): To reduce our carbon footprint and ensure the commitment of our patrons, we do not offer COD services.

Shipping & Delivery

Slow Fashion Timeline: Because we prioritize hand-tailoring and quality checks over speed, our standard shipping timeline is 7 to 10 business days.

Force Majeure: While we strive to meet all timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Color & Display Disclaimer

Screen Variations: We put immense effort into accurate photography; however, actual fabric colors may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions, brightness, and display settings on your device.

Natural Fading: Our use of Azo-free and natural dyes means that colors may undergo a gentle, subtle fading over time. This is a sign of a safe, chemical-free dye process and is not considered a quality issue.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: We offer a one-time exchange for size-related issues within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is in its original, unworn condition with tags intact.
  • Defects: Returns are only accepted in the case of genuine manufacturing defects. Natural fabric characteristics (as mentioned in Section 1) are not eligible for return.
  • Sustainability Clause: We encourage mindful shopping. Frequent returns significantly impact the environment and our small-scale production model.

Fabric Care & Longevity

  • Pre-Processing: All our fabrics are pre-washed and pre-shrunken.
  • Maintenance: While Khadi is durable, garments featuring heavy embellishments or Dokra art must be hand-washed only. Damage caused by machine washing such items is the responsibility of the customer.

All content on this website, including the brand name, sketched icons, and poetic descriptions, are the intellectual property of our brand and may not be used without written consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
