- The Beauty of Pre-paid Orders: To ensure your experience is as smooth as our fabric, we have moved to a pre-paid only model. This allows us to offer you a hassle-free and prioritized delivery journey, ensuring that the effort we put into your garment is matched by a seamless shipping experience without the uncertainty of COD.
- Timelines for Returns: We understand that sometimes a piece might not be the right fit for your story. If you wish to request a return, we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your product. This helps us manage our small-batch inventory effectively.
- Timelines for Exchanges: If you love the piece but need a different size or a different soul-mate from our collection, you can initiate an exchange within 14 days of delivery. This gives you ample time to ensure the garment is perfect for you.
- The Process of Trust (Photo Confirmation): Before we confirm an exchange, we ask for a little help from your side. Please send clear photographs of the product along with the reason for exchange to our team. Once we review and confirm the pictures, we will officially approve the exchange.
- Addressing Defects with Heart: While we strive for perfection, if you receive a damaged product, please send us a photo highlighting the specific defect with a small explanation. We will do our absolute best to fix the problem and do the needful to ensure you are happy with your AFGF piece.
- Custom-Made Pieces: A custom order is a garment designed specifically for you, and you alone. Because of this personal connection, custom pieces cannot be returned. However, we are more than happy to provide alterations to ensure your special order fits you exactly as imagined.
- Shipping for Returns: As a brand that values the effort of the craft, we kindly ask you to be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable; if a refund is processed, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total.
- The Journey Back to Us: Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, we humbly recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and this helps ensure your return reaches our studio safely.
- Finalizing Your Refund: Once your returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will initiate your refund. We believe in transparency and will keep you updated as we process your request.
