Our Promise of Quality: We stand by the skill of our weavers. If a garment arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will humbly offer a replacement or a full refund.

Mindful Exchanges As a brand committed to sustainability, we encourage mindful purchases to reduce our collective carbon footprint. However, if you face sizing issues, we offer a one-time exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions of Care To be eligible for an exchange or return, the garment must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact. Due to the exclusive nature of our hand-woven fabrics, we cannot accept returns for reasons of natural fabric irregularities, as these are the very marks of an authentic, handmade product.
