Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Please note that certain types of products are non-returnable, including customized or tailored items, intimate apparel, and accessories. We also do not accept returns for perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable digital products, or personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted only in limited situations such as:
Items showing signs of wear or damage not due to our error.
Any item not in its original condition or missing parts.
Items returned after the 30-day window.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Re-check your bank account or payment app.
Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. Processing times vary between institutions.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
